It's too early in the morning for me to even try and figure out what the hell the first Assassin's Creed teaser trailer is trying to tell me. One thing is for sure though, these crafty game publishers are really getting the hang of hyping a game to ridiculous heights in the build up to its release.

From what I can tell the teaser depicts the da Vinci style design sketches of Altair's concealed blade and ends on a winged contraption that suggests maybe we'll be doing some gliding around whatever period Ubisoft decide to drop us into.

It's funny, I always thought they had completely ripped off Dan Brown's concept of conspiracy and religion and I remember making a joke to Drew about how Altair's model will probably be based on Tom Hanks in the next game. Honestly I think they're ripping off the wrong da Vinci inspired IP and Assassin's Creed 2 should be based on Hudson Hawk.
