The first Uncharted 2 footage has been released and it looks absolutely fantastic. I'm hyping this game up to be the best single player game of the year. Watching this footage spiked my anticipatometer like no game this year has, although Killzone 2 and inFamous have come close. This game is going to make a huge splash at E3. Watch the trailer below.

Watching the trailer reminds me how smooth this game was to play, with the cover system still intact and looking better than ever. Watch when Nathan Drake sneaks up behind the bad guys, they don't know he is there until he shoots or they see him, stealth anyone? I think stealth would fit perfectly within the uncharted universe; Drake was portrayed to be a very fit and nimble "everyman", not a Dom, Hale or Master Chief. Doesn't it make sense he would want to sneak around and avoid as much combat as possible. This could add a lot of variety to the game, I say bring it on.

The footage itself is actual released footage of the off screen "leaked" gameplay from this years GDC. New hand to hand combat moves were shown, lets hope they are much easier to use than the first game since they were its biggest weakness.

Ok, ok ill stop rambling on now and let you watch the trailer, trust me it's really, really impressive!
