Yes Playstation fans you read the title right, Sony has announced a new IP called Agent during its E3 press conference. Not much is known about the title at this point and only a logo was shown on stage but still it's exciting stuff.

According to Jack Tretton it, "will take a player across the globe amid the shallowy world of espionage and assassins in the darkest hours of the 1970s."

After mentioning the influence that the GTA series had on the PS2 he goes on to say, "We expect Agent to have the same must-have value."

Don't expect too much more information on the title at E3 since Rockstar seems to avoid the conference like everyone else is avoiding swine flu.
