After all the talk about the countdown teaser page on the Kojima productions website yesterday morning at Microsoft's press conference Hideo Kojima snuck onto the stage to debut a teaser trailer for Metal Gear Solid: Rising. Yes, that's right three different countdowns ended up with a new game announcement and teaser trailer. I guess that's a bit teasing.

Not much is known about the title at this point, what we do know is that it was dropped at the Microsoft press conference; do you know what that means? That's right; it's coming to the Xbox 360. No exclusively mind you, it's coming to the PS3 and PC as well, but it's still a good thing.

The game is going to star Raiden by the looks of it. What??? No Snake? I hear you ask. But just remember Raiden was awesome in MGS4 and shouldn't be annoying like he was in MGS2 because it will most likely not involve any shooting. With the caption Lightning Bolt Action, how can this game not be cool?

Just one thing I would like to address that is bugging me; look at the picture below of Raiden in Metal Gear Solid 4. Why are his eyes a different colour? Is Kojima trying to tell us something?
