Let's be honest, the racing simulation genre has and always has had one stand-out leader. The rest just sort of fade into mediocrity unless they have some sort of hook or fill some sort of niche the way Motorstorm or Burnout do. All features and car lists aside, the latest screenshots for Forza 3 are looking like they might just be up to par with Gran Turismo 5 in the looks department.

I realise the proof is in the motion, but check out the photo of that Mazda 3 MPS. I'm glad my Pioneer will get to display some pretty racing cars during the three year wait for Gran Turismo 5. Bring it out already!!!
