One of my favourite features, among many, of the last Grand Theft Auto IV episode The Lost and Damned was the upgrade to multiplayer, new modes, skins, weapons, there was a lot there and I lost many hours chasing people down and blasting them to pieces with my double barrel shotgun online as a biker, it was a lot of fun. The upcoming episode, The Ballad of Gay Tony, looks set to up the ante even more. Multiplayer will now include more weapons, vehicles in the form of tanks and the attack helicopters from the game and parachutes.
The imagination runs rabid at the fun you could have with those tools in a multiplayer game of Liberty City. In addition Rockstar has promised some new deathmatch modes that restrict the area of games even more so its not so hard to chase down that little bastard who tries to flee from you in a helicopter. They've also promised extra cash bonuses for kill streaks and for assisted kills to make it easier to level up in the game.
The Ballad of Gay Tony will be released on Xbox Live on the 29 October with a disc version packaged with The Lost and Damned available the following week.

Sniping just got more extreme!!! Brought to you buy Pepsi Max, because extreme people hate sugar and caffeine, why I don't know

If I used bling talk I'd say this looks of the hook, but I don't

Another screenshot made of pure fun

Sure you can do this on the PS3 version as well, there's just no parachutes, I'm sure there's a metaphor in there some where

I'm sure the multiplayer isn't just all about the parachutes now, at least not as much as these screens look like it
