Here's something cool to look forward to. Unlike its predecessor Dead Rising 2 is going multi platform appearing on both PS3 and XBox 360. But, no doubt much to the annoyance of Team Sony, the Xbox version has an ace up its sleeve (see, poker reference related to game locale, it's in a casino... never mind). Xbox owners will be able to download a special prelude level to Dead Rising 2 called Dead Rising Zero that will, I can only assume, bridge the story lines of the first game with this one and filling in the gaps as to how the outbreak has spread.

This prelude chapter will be downloadable and playable over Xbox Live before Dead Rising 2 goes on shelves. Something for zombie killing fans (in other words everyone) to look forward to.
