And when I say Badass I mean Gears of War brand Badass (TM). The game looks, and reportedly plays, a helluva lot like our beloved Gears of War. Players choose either close range, sword and shield wielding Caddoc, or scantily clad elven archer E'lara. No word on whether the game has coop split screen (but they'd be bonkers no to include it) but online coop is naturally on the cards. Players can also switch between Caddoc and E'lara at checkpoints to use their different play styles. The game will also include a bit of two player puzzle solving but the focus is definitely on action and violence. This looks like the type of game to tear the tongue out of the face of gamers who bemoan that they're 'just not into fantasy'. Metaphorically I mean... unfortunately.
