I missed the unveil of the English trailer for Dynasty Warriors 7 two weeks ago, I guess I passed it over as I've been spending all my time dissecting the Japanese trailers while drooling onto a towel bib. So just in case anyone else cared about the game (I'm under no illusions as to my unique taste for Koei games) I've embedded the video below.

It's not like I'm going to convince you to get the game right? Okay maybe I'll give it a quick shot.

This will be the biggest Dynasty Warriors game yet with a whole new fifth faction carrying the story line into the final days of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms period which no Dynasty Warriors game has done before. It also carries over several features from the critically successful Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce including weapon swapping during combat and limited flight by air dashing and juggling enemies. Other new features include online coop campaign play, new characters in each factions as well as revamps (in a few cases roll backs to their much better DW5 weapons) of existing characters. All together the game is looking a lot more slick than previous titles. I mean look at the trailer, you surf on guys you're fighting!

It's pretty much the Dynasty Warriors game of my dreams and I'm very psyched to get my hands on it.
