If you are new to the Minecraft craze then be sure to check out my previous post at http://www.thataussiegamesite.com.au/features/1014-minecraft-fever for a quick over view of what to expect when you get into it. Today however, I am here to talk to you about the Australian server I play on called Lucky 13.
Big changes are on the way for the fastly growing community of Lucky 13. Giant mythical forests and new towns are only a few new features in-store for the new map. In Preparation for the switch the only question is are you prepared for what could easily become one of the biggest Minecraft servers in Australia ? I know I am.
Lucky 13 is currently a small Australian Minecraft server capable of hosting up to 40 players at a time. They are one of the few servers in AUS boasting the ability to donate and receive unique rewards such as your very own chat colors and custom preffix's. And who do we have to thank for all of this ? AlexTheDooD and nafn57 of course! And welcoming to the admin/mod team we have Daewolf and Gallo coming in to help out Cino710, all of which are setting their sights on a bright future to come.
I am lucky enough to have a quick preview at what is to come in hopefully the coming week for the server. The new map offers a clean and crisp new look for new-comers, featuring a vast forest of massive trees all of which have been hand made to give it the unique feel. This in its own shows the admin team are focused on growing and aren't planning on running away any time soon. But don't stress if your a veteran to the server, everything of yours will be transferred over to the new map either before or after the switch so make sure you are prepared.
Everything is rather laid back with a healthy and active PvP system in place, grief protection, active community and plenty of donation rewards to pick from, all at a price you can't refuse. This server is fit for anyone wanting to become part of a major town to someone who wishes to set off into the horizon and start their own little community.
The servers IP is 119.17.161.162:1111 and any further information required can be found at lucky13aus.freeforums.org. Complete with active forum and donation support, Lucky 13 is a server you can't easily turn away from. Come on and check it out, what have you got to lose ?
